Dr. SURRETTE S. SANDS
PRESIDENT
Surette S. Sands, founder of Alpha Health Outreach, Inc. She has devoted many years to health improvement in the Tri-County areas of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, including directing many community outreach programs. As a leader in the community,Dr. Sands has partnered with the Broward County Health Department, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and Memorial Regional Hospital, while also managing other healthcare organizations whose focus is on improving health in our communities. Evangelist Dr. Surette Sands is a Kingdom Builder and a strategist for the body of Christ. Strategically endeavoring to do community outreach and Evangelism locally and internationally as well as Youth, Men and Women empowerment meetings and conferences. She also trains Kingdom Ambassadors and Disciples across the world for certification. She was awarded the corporate champion of champion award for community service and outreach.
She holds a BS, a Masters, and a Doctorate in Health and Health Ministry. Dr. Sands is a member of both the Broward County Pharmacy Association and the Florida Pharmacy Association. She is licensed and certified as a health educator and consultant and specializes in disease state management. Dr. Surette has published articles and books on health and wholeness, and general health improvement, and has hosted a weekly radio program, “Health By Design.”

Pastor Elder Horace Ghent & Pastor Rose Ghent
Pastor Horace and Pastor Rose Ghent are a dynamic husband-and-wife team, faithfully serving in ministry, business, and outreach. Together, they bring a wealth of spiritual wisdom, leadership experience, and a deep passion for serving God’s people.
Pastor Rose Ghent is the daughter of the late Reverend Rufus B. Irvin and Prophetess Annie Ruth Irvin of Greater New Hope Baptist Church. Raised in a strong foundation of prayer and faith, she began leading family prayers at the age of five. Over the years, she has served in numerous church roles including Choir Director, Youth President, Church Evangelist, District Evangelist, and Director of Religious Education. She is also the founder of True Knowledge & Greater New Hope Outreach (TKGN), established in 2023, and in 2024, she accepted the divine call to the prophetic office. Rose is a graduate of Solid Rock School of Ministry and continues to minister with compassion and conviction.
Pastor Elder Horace Ghent, born in Fort Pierce, Florida, is a U.S. Army veteran and successful entrepreneur. After serving in the military, he worked in management before answering God’s call to ministry. Beginning as a deacon, then serving as Chairman and District Deacon for eight years, he was later elevated to Minister, Elder, and ultimately Pastor. In 2023, he and his wife were appointed pastors in Lyons, Georgia, and continue to faithfully lead outreach ministries today. Alongside his wife, he co-founded True Knowledge & Greater New Hope Outreach LLC and owns Ace Mobile Auto Repair, where they also extend ministry and charitable support to the community.
Pastor Horace and Prophet Evangelist Rose have been blessed with six sons and several grandchildren. Their ministry reflects a lifetime of service to God and His people, with a focus on outreach, leadership development, and equipping the next generation for Kingdom impact.
As members of the Advisory Board for Alpha Health Outreach Global, Pastor Horace and Pastor Rose Ghent bring seasoned leadership, prophetic insight, and a heart for advancing the Kingdom of God through service, empowerment, and holistic outreach.
ERIC NARTEY EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Eric Nartey, President of the Watchmen Charismatic Network, serves as an apostolic aide for the Ecumenical Assemblies of Global Leaders Emerging (E.A.G.L.E) based in Michigan. He also serves as an Executive Administrator for the Alpha Health Outreach Global. Known for his spontaneity and exceptional people skills, Eric passionately travels the world preaching the gospel and transforming lives. With a heart dedicated to seeing the lost saved and the Church strengthened on sound doctrines, Eric is driven by a profound passion for the Kingdom, propelling him to advance its cause globally.
Anointed to shape the next generation of leaders and fortify the Church at large, Eric's ministry have a global reach, impacting lives and igniting a fervor to carry the torch. Through strategic alliances and partnerships with ministries, organizations, and leaders, he extends the Kingdom's influence across borders.
A dedicated mentor and leader, Eric co-founded the Leaders to Leader mentorship platform within the Watchmen Charismatic Network, equipping and raising leaders for impactful service. Complementing his ministry endeavors, Eric's academic pursuits are equally remarkable. He holds a degree in theological studies at Dominion University College in Accra, Ghana. Further, Eric honed his leadership skills through studies in philanthropic leadership at the Pan Africa Leadership Institute and continues to deepen his understanding of Christian leadership and cultural anthropology. Additionally, he is also studied with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
